BΔLT Payments enables programmable, non-custodial payments across Bitcoin on Rootstock and Ethereum through autonomous smart contracts. Designed for companies, teams, contributors, and digital-native organizations, it allows scheduled ERC-20 payments using reusable vaults, recipient-specific allocations, and transparent on-chain claim flows.
What is
Payments?
BΔLT Payments is a non-custodial payment layer that allows companies to create reusable smart contract vaults and schedule payments to multiple recipients.
Instead of relying on centralized payment processors or manual execution, BΔLT Payments enables organizations to register payment batches on-chain, define recipients and exact amounts, and allow each recipient to claim their assigned payment when the scheduled conditions are met.
The first production model supports Bitcoin on Rootstock assets such as DoC and USDRIF, and Ethereum stablecoins such as USDT and USDC. The architecture is designed to expand across additional EVM-compatible networks and digital assets over time.

A Bitcoin-aligned programmable payment layer for companies operating with digital assets.
Register payment batches with predefined release conditions and recipient-specific amounts.
Assign exact payment amounts to one or many wallets in a single reusable payment vault.
Funds remain governed by smart contracts, reducing dependency on centralized intermediaries.
After a payment cycle is completed or closed, companies can reuse the same vault for future payments.
Built for real company payment workflows.
Companies can access BΔLT Payments through a registered wallet with an active subscription plan.
Unlike percentage-based continuity vaults, BΔLT Payments assigns exact token amounts to each recipient.
Companies can keep a payment batch active before the scheduled claim condition is reached.
Recipients connect their wallets, view assigned payments, and claim directly from the smart contract.
Support for DoC and USDRIF on Bitcoin’s Rootstock layer, and USDT and USDC on Ethereum.
Companies can cancel active payments before release or recover unclaimed funds after the claim window expires.
Designed for stable and predictable payment workflows.
DoC
USDRIF
Use Bitcoin on Rootstock assets for Bitcoin-native programmable payments.
USDT
USDC
Use widely adopted Ethereum stablecoins for programmable company payments.
BΔLT Payments separates company operations from recipient claims, making the experience simple for both sides.
Companies use the dashboard to create payment vaults, select assets, define the inactivity period, register recipients, and manage payment batches over time.
